About multiple applications by the same person for seat ticket

A

Applications should be one entry per stage by a single account.
Also, multiple applications made by the same person are invalid.
The application may be disqualified when discovered.

About purchases by proxy

A

Please do not borrow or lend names or exchange personal information, as this can lead to severe problems and is highly unsafe.
Even in the case of family members (e.g., a parent applying for a ticket in the name of a child), there may be trouble, so please carefully consider before deciding.
Please note that we may need to verify your identity, so please prepare identification documents with photos of the applicants (ticket holder/visitor).
The name of the visitor and the applicant are strictly required to be matched.

Entries of Preschoolers and kids

A

Preschoolers and kids of any age are eligible to apply; however, please make sure to check the following when considering:
Preschool and Elementary school children are not allowed to enter the venue alone or to act alone. Please be sure to enter with an adult.
One ticket per person is required for admission, regardless of age. There are no child tickets available.
Please refrain from holding children on your lap while watching the show. Seats are suitable for adults, therefore, depending on the height, it may be difficult for children to see the show.
We do not have baby chairs or any other equipment for children. Also, bringing your own is not acceptable.
Please note that if your child became fretful or chatting during the performance, staff may ask you to leave the theater if it would disturb other visitors.
We do not have a monitor in the lobby or a separate room for children.

After that,we will arrange wheelchair seats.

Cancellation after winning the lottery

A

If no payment is received during the payment period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Furthermore, buying, selling, and transferring tickets between individuals are prohibited, according to the "Note."
Tickets that have been resold, diverted, or transferred to a third party or auctioned will be invalid. The ticket price will not be refunded, and admission will be denied.
We ask you to refrain from doing such activities as they may cause severe trouble and are extremely dangerous.
Please carefully consider the above notes and comply with the precautions when ticketing.

Tickets designed with pictures are not available.

About Premium Commemorative Goods

A

Premium commemorative goods are sold only in sets with tickets. They are not sold separately. There is no difference in both days of commemorative goods.

The selection of seating location will not be affected by the type of ticket you purchase.

About seating location when you win two tickets

A

Tickets you win in a single application will be sequential.
However, please note that there is a possibility of seating apart due to the COVID-19 countermeasure.

About the results when you apply 2 tickets for the seat ticket lottery

A

Regardless of the type of ticket, if you apply for two tickets, all the tickets you applied for will either be selected or not selected.
There is no possibility of winning only one of them.

You can not change the type of ticket after you win.

A

Only VISA or MasterCard is available for purchasing tickets due to the ticketing systems.

Safety regulation for exiting[NEW]

To avoid the overcrowding of the exit, we will carry out safety regulations which are to ask visitors to remain in their seats until the turn comes.
Please note that the time of entry and exit may be varied due to the day’s circumstances.

If you purchased two seat tickets, admission is allowed only when the purchaser and the companion enter together.
