Customers residing outside Japan must provide a valid Japanese address to purchase tickets.
Same-day admission tickets for the Exhibition and Merchandise Areas will be available at the venue on the day of the event.

Important Notes for Ticket Application
- Tickets are available only to those with a Japanese residential address.
Customers residing outside Japan must provide a valid Japanese address to purchase tickets. - Both admission tickets and stage viewing passes will be issued electronically. Paper tickets are not available.
- Service fees are not included in the ticket price.
- Electronic tickets will be available from around mid-October 2025. Please be sure to store the ticket information carefully to avoid accidental deletion.
- Registration (free) on the external site "KyoAni Shop! Ticket Window" is required to apply for tickets.
- If you have previously registered for a Kyoto Animation fan event, your existing member ID and password can still be used.
- You can check your application and payment status via the "My Page" section of the external site "KyoAni Shop! Ticket Window."
For those who purchased the "Stage Viewing Pass + Autographed Premium Admission Ticket," please also refer to the separate confirmation email. - Deadlines for applications and payments must be strictly observed. Please note that no exceptions will be made for any reason, and inquiries regarding missed deadlines cannot be answered.
- Cancellations and refunds are not accepted for any reason.
- Requests for address changes due to relocation will be accepted only until September 21, 2025. After that date, please contact the delivery service directly.
- Applications or payments based on false information will be invalidated. If discovered after winning or payment, your purchase will be cancelled and no refunds issued.
- The "Admission Card-style Ticket" is a commemorative item and does not serve as an actual admission ticket. Please present your electronic ticket for entry.
- Bonus items will be shipped separately from the electronic ticket, starting from mid-October 2025, to the registered address.
- Bonus item images are for illustration only. Actual items may differ in design or specifications.
- Bonus items are not sold separately.
- Bonus item tickets are limited to adult admission only.
- Each ticket is valid only for the specific date of entry. Entry on other dates is not allowed.
- All admission tickets have a common design.

Ticket Resale and Transfer Policy
- Please purchase tickets only through official channels (event organizers or authorized ticket vendors).
- The resale, transfer, or purchase of tickets for profit - or any such attempts - is strictly prohibited.
- Tickets purchased through unofficial channels will not be considered valid.
- Resold tickets are invalid. No refunds or entry will be allowed. If already admitted, the holder may be asked to leave.
- If any fraudulent or suspicious activity related to ticket resale is discovered, ID verification may be required.
