About the Event
Can I enter the event for free?
No. You need a paid admission ticket to enter the venue. To access the stage area, you’ll need both an admission ticket and a stage viewing pass. Please note that a stage viewing pass alone does not grant entry to the venue.
Can I re-enter the venue?
Yes, re-entry is allowed on the event day for all areas.
Can I use the venue's parking lot?
Please refrain from using the parking lot at the venue. We kindly ask that you use public transportation.
Is there a place to leave my belongings?
Yes, a paid cloakroom service will be available. We recommend using it if you have large items.
Can I freely enter and exit the stage area during performances?
Yes, you may freely enter and exit throughout the day. However, access may be temporarily restricted due to performance or production needs.
I use a wheelchair. Can I watch the stage event?
- For safety reasons, wheelchair users will be guided to designated areas within "Section B."
- Please select "Section B" when applying, and make sure to contact us via the inquiry form during the ticket application period.
- If we do not receive advance notice, we may not be able to accommodate you on the day.
- Wheelchair seating is reserved for those who require wheelchairs due to injury or disability. Please bring a health insurance card or disability certificate. Accompanying persons (one per guest) will also need both an admission ticket and a stage viewing pass.
Can I attend in cosplay?
There are no specific dress codes, but there will be no changing rooms for cosplay. Changing in restrooms or applying makeup and doing hair for cosplay at the venue or nearby facilities is strictly prohibited. Please dress in a way that does not disturb others.
Can I buy merchandise at the venue?
Yes, we plan to sell merchandise on the event day. A valid admission ticket is required to make purchases. Details will be announced later.
About Tickets
Can I cancel or change my ticket after purchase?
No changes or cancellations can be made after purchase for personal reasons.
Can I apply multiple times for the ticket lottery?
No. Only **one** application per person is allowed for lottery tickets.
If we discover multiple accounts registered by the same person, all applications will be invalidated.
Can someone apply on my behalf?
For security reasons, lending names or sharing personal information is strictly prohibited. Please be sure to apply using your own name. Even within families (e.g., a child applying under a parent's name), such applications may be considered invalid and could lead to issues.
Is there a set that includes both the admission ticket and stage viewing pass?
Except for the "Stage Viewing Pass + Autographed Premium Admission Ticket," admission tickets and stage viewing passes are sold separately. To attend both, please purchase the admission ticket first, then apply for the stage viewing pass.
Can I get seats together with my friends?
If multiple tickets are successfully applied for in a single application, consecutive seats will be arranged where possible.
When will tickets be issued?
All tickets are scheduled to be issued in mid-October 2025. Further details will be announced.
Will the special bonus items included with the admission ticket be sold separately?
No, the bonus items will not be sold individually.
Will same-day tickets be available?
