General Information

  • Due to weather, natural disasters, or unavoidable circumstances, event dates, performers, or content may change or be canceled without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur from failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules.
  • Paid cloakroom service is available. Please use it if you have large belongings.
  • You are responsible for managing your own belongings and valuables. The organizers are not liable for any theft, loss, or damage.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
  • Food and beverages will not be sold at the event.
  • Actions that may disturb other guests—such as running in the venue, drinking alcohol, sitting on the floor, unauthorized gatherings or speeches, selling or displaying items, or distributing flyers—are strictly prohibited.
  • If you see suspicious people or items, please notify a staff member immediately.
  • During photography by staff, attendees may be unintentionally captured. These images may be used for event-related news coverage, advertisements, promotions, or merchandise.

Admission to the Venue

  • An admission ticket is required to enter the venue. Lost or forgotten tickets cannot be reissued.
  • Each ticket is valid only on the date printed. Entry on other days is not allowed.
  • Overnight queuing is strictly prohibited. The organizers are not responsible for accidents or issues that occur during your visit.
  • Please use public transportation as parking is not available at the venue.
  • The organizers are not responsible for delays caused by weather or public transport issues.
  • Entry may be restricted during busy times to ensure safety.
  • You may be required to wait outdoors even in bad weather. Please prepare umbrellas or rain gear as needed.
  • Children in elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Pets are not allowed. Please contact the organizers in advance if you are bringing a guide or service dog.
  • Entry is strictly prohibited to organized crime members or affiliates.
  • Entry is not allowed for those who are drunk or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
    • Prohibited Items Include:
    • - Firearms, knives (e.g., box cutters, scissors), tools, explosives
    • - Bottles, cans, alcohol, drugs, glow sticks with chemical liquids
    • - Toxic substances, illegal drugs, or other hazardous materials
    • - Any items deemed dangerous by the organizers
  • This list of prohibited items is subject to change.
  • Bag Check
    • Security bag checks will be conducted upon entry and re-entry.
    • Please open your own bag for inspection when requested.
    • Security staff may ask to touch the inside of your bag or request that any inner pouches be opened.
    • Bags allowed inside the venue should not exceed 35cm x 35cm x 35cm in size.
      Larger items must be stored in the paid cloakroom service provided at the venue.

    • The list of prohibited items may be updated or changed without prior notice.
  • ID Verification
    • ID verification may be required upon entry or re-entry.
    • Please bring both your QR ticket and a valid photo ID that matches the name printed on the ticket.
    • Entry will be denied without a valid QR ticket or proper ID (including cases of loss, theft, or damage). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
    • Tickets may not be transferred or resold, including to friends or family.
    • The organizer will not be responsible for any issues arising from tickets obtained through unofficial channels.
    • Guests accompanying the ticket holder must enter together.
    • If discrepancies are found during verification, you may be asked to wait while the matter is confirmed.
    • If ticket resale is discovered, entry will be refused.

  • 8. My Number Card (front side only; notification cards are not accepted)
      • Copies, handwritten versions, expired IDs, or altered documents are not valid.
      • When presenting your My Number Card, please show only the front side (the side with your photo).
        Do not present the back side, as it contains your personal number.
        Please note that staff will never ask to see the back side of your My Number Card during ID verification.
      • The My Number Notification Card (a paper card without a photo that shows your personal number) cannot be used as identification.
  • If You Do Not Have One of the Above 1-8
  • Please bring either:
    A. Two (2) public documents, or
    B. One (1) public document and one (1) item with your printed name.
      • A single public document alone is not sufficient.
  • Examples of public documents:
    One document alone is not sufficient.
    Please present two of the following documents for verification.
    Health insurance card, Certificate of residence, Family register (full or extract), Seal registration certificate, Pension book
    All must be official documents in their original form.
    Certificates must have been issued within the past six months.
  • Examples of items with your printed name:
    One document alone is not sufficient. An additional public document is required for verification.
    Employee ID (without photo), Student ID (without photo), Credit card, Bank card
    Utility bills (such as electricity or water) and any type of mailed documents are not accepted, even if they include your printed name.

Exhibition Area

  • Please refrain from eating or drinking in the exhibition area, except for hydration.
  • Photography is allowed, but some exhibits may prohibit photos. Please follow posted signs or staff instructions.
  • Flash photography, the use of selfie sticks or tripods, video recording, audio recording, and real-time streaming (including live and simultaneous broadcasts) are strictly prohibited.
  • Photos are for personal use only. Posting on social media is permitted, but please avoid including other guests in your photos or be respectful of their privacy. The organizers are not responsible for any disputes among guests.

Stage Area

  • Stage schedules, performers, and content are subject to change without notice.
  • Only full-day Stage Viewing Passes are available. Individual program tickets are not offered.
  • A separate admission ticket is required to enter the venue. The Stage Viewing Pass alone does not grant entry.
  • All seats are reserved.
  • After entering the stage area, please promptly go to the seat indicated on your Stage Viewing Pass. To prevent crowding, do not sit in the aisles or block walkways.
  • You may enter and exit the stage area freely once doors open. Please note that re-entry requires your Stage Viewing Pass. Temporary entry restrictions may apply depending on performance or operational conditions.
  • Each stage program is expected to last approximately 50 minutes. (Excludes the Special Soundtrack Concert)
  • Please refrain from eating or drinking during performances.
  • Waiting for performers before or after the show is strictly prohibited.
  • Exchanging seats with other guests or sitting in a seat other than the one assigned on your ticket is strictly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from running, blocking aisles, jumping, or rushing toward the stage.
  • Photography, video recording, and audio recording in the stage area are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to delete the data and leave the venue.
  • To avoid disturbing those around you, please refrain from raising light sticks above chest level or waving them excessively.
    Additionally, light sticks longer than 25 cm, high-intensity LED sticks, signal wands, or any light sticks connected in a circular or fan shape are strictly prohibited.
  • Pre-school children are not allowed to attend stage performances.
  • Please refrain from seating children on your lap. If elementary school-aged children or younger will be attending, we kindly ask that you bring a booster seat for them. Please note that booster seats will not be provided at the venue.
  • If your child becomes unsettled or begins talking during the performance, it may disturb other guests. In such cases, staff may ask you to step out of the venue. Please note that there are no alternative viewing areas outside the hall. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please report any disruptive behavior to nearby staff. We ask all guests to follow the rules and enjoy the event respectfully.

Guests who fail to follow the above rules, do not comply with staff instructions, or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
