For customers who wish to have their tickets refunded due to unavoidable reasons after the payment for the Seat Tickets, we will issue a refund of the ticket purchase price. Please check the following information and complete the procedure within the specified period.
Please note that we can not accept refund requests after this period under any circumstances.

<Refund process>
We will provide the method separately for the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please select "Ticket inquiries" on the contact form and enter the "reservation number" in the details field to apply for a refund.
(Please be aware that the" application number" given where you applied for the lottery is NOT the"reservation number.")
Please make sure not to issue the ticket if you wish to apply for a refund before being ticketed.
If the refund was required after the tickets were issued, tickets are needed to be returned.
No refund will be made if the ticket stub is detached, lost, or otherwise not returned.
